Accessibility
There is a sloping path from the parking space down to the property. The slope is approximately 50 paces. Inside the property there are 2 steps down from the lounge into the kitchen and 2 steps down from the bedroom into the bathroom. Otherwise the property is all on one level.
* Air source heat pump
An air source heat pump heats the pool using the ambient air temperature. On colder days the pool temperature remains chilly, but on hotter days this works towards warming the pool. Essentially as an outdoor pool in the UK, it's dependent on the Great British weather. The Pool is available, whatever the temperature during the months of May to September.
