Our priority is to keep everyone safe and well and hopefully you’ll be able to enjoy a break at The Pool House soon.

  • With the Government rules in relation to COVID-19 constantly changing, it can be challenging to keep up.
  • We will continue to update this page with more information as and when we can, but in the meantime, we would like to thank you for your understanding and support

Direct bookings

If you are unable to take your booked holiday due to COVID-19 legal restrictions, we will do our very best at trying to move the dates of your stay so that you can still enjoy time away at The Pool House.

Cornish Horizon bookings

If you have booked through Cornish Horizons the options they provide are:

  • Transfer your holiday to new dates, free of charge, or
  • Get a credit voucher for the amount previously paid for your booking, to spend on any Original Cottages break, to take place before the end of 2022. Please see their website for more information.

We all know that things are ever-changing with regards to COVID-19 and therefore we recommend you wait until closer to the start of your holiday before deciding whether you have to change your arrangements.
